I paid for sea view and didn't get it and asked to change and reception said it wasn't a sea view I paid for balcony but clearly says Seaview on booking and also was 2 single beds I asked for double breakfast rubbish just go out there plenty places

Perfect place for a quiet get away..

Room and hotel was spotless.. Bed was very comfortable and location was superb..

Maybe a little bit more choice of hot food at breakfast and I would like the eggs cooked on the spot maybe not out in ban barie getting a little cold.. But they had plenty of other choices..

Good seafront hotel with great views

Superb location with a small balcony overlooking the sea and town. Excellent roof terrace with covered and outdoor bar areas. Bar prices also very reasonable. Plenty of sunbathing space around the rooftop pool. Friendly and efficient reception staff.

No facilty in room to make tea/coffee. Cooked food at breakfast buffet was cold, although there was a microwave available.

Hotel location, cleanliness, and very pleasant reception desk manager on check in

Everything was good until an elderley breakfast lady waiter thought it appropriate to tell me off for having a cup of tea just outside the breakfast room. Insisting this was not permitted. I can understand a policy about taking food out of a restaurant but having a cup of tea 4 metres away seems over the top and un-necessary. This could have been handled with better manners and without the embarrassment she caused. Clearly, she is someone who does not like elderley english men. A very upsetting experience preventing me from going for breakfast the following day.

dissapointing because of room

room 316 was like a prison cell. very small window with the view of a wall. could not even see what the weather was like. room itself was comfotable. booked this hotel because of its position next to the oceon and couldent even see it

Needs updating but all in all was good.

The place was fantastic right on the beachfront, with amazing views. Balconys overlooked but great place to sit out.

The shutter to patio didn't lock properly, shower was all rusty and dirty and glass door didnt move., wardrobe hadn't been cleaned. Only 1 pillow each and rock hard. No spares. The situation of the hotel was lovely and central to everything. The staff was as friendly and helpful as possible. Buffet breakfast was ok.

Fantastic staff who went out of their way to ensure we had a relaxing place for rest and recouperation. A most wonderful view of the ocean and all the action on the boardwalk. Loved being right on the waterfront with the Atlantic singing in our veins. A great place to stay, thank you.

Had a lovely time

The reception at check in was very helpfull. The location fantastic. The bar situation with the view ideal

Breakfast was very limited. Some members of staff need a public relations lesson. The hotel has been decorated to a certain standard but due to being old is in need of a deeper renovation.

Fit for purpose, value for money

The view and sunset from the balcony was epic, the Hotel is right on the shore, very close to Lago Martianez and beautiful restaurants, free mini train to the Loro Parque. I really enjoyed listening to the waves from the bed. The cleaning ladies very friendly, helpful and did a very good job cleaning our room every day. The pool on the roof is a nice touch.

The mattresses were very soft so I was sinking in at night but thankfully was very tired every day so only bothered when I felt asleep and not during. The doors are not too insulated so heard every time someone slapped it or talked on the hallway or the noise from the street. This is I guess not the Hotels fault but the other guests/kids. No parking available close so prepare to walk a bit from the public parking area. The breakfast was tasty but got boring after a few days.

Great location in the hub of the town

The location is wonderful, set in the Spanish north and surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and the staff are good, speak many languages and are usually around. The sea-facing frontage allows a good breeze through those rooms. The breakfast catering is satisfactory and the bar is well stocked. The sun terrace is well oriented and the pool is cold.

The hotel is partially repainted, particularly on the exterior and gives a mixed impression of the property. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the memory foam mattresses are rather uncomfortable. The wi-fi is weak and principally available in the bar area.
